I felt really privileged to be part of the inaugural Shell Energy Elevate program. Kym is an extraordinary woman who has the incredible ability to affect your perceptions of yourself, to help you analyse your leadership style from a different perspective, and help you realise your untapped or underdeveloped capabilities. I know my workshop group really loved this program, we now all share a great bond as participants and fellow employees, and I would recommend Kym and the Elevate program any person that needs a reset or clarity of direction in their leadership.
