I first met Kym Lincolne in 2017 when we engaged Kym’s company, ‘The Field’ to deliver their ‘Extraordinary Minds’ program to a group of our senior business leaders. I was fortunate to be a participant in this first cohort which not only had a tremendous impact on who I choose to be as a leader but it also provided me with a deep insight into how amazing the program is and allowed me to witness the significant positive impact it had on the leadership skills and strengthening relationships amongst the cohort. Much of this is simply due to Kym’s deep knowledge into how the brain works but also the way in which Kym Lincolne facilitates the program. Kym has a unique ability to create a truly safe environment where people feel comfortable removing their ‘armour’ in order to gain a deep level of self-awareness before becoming aware of team dynamics others and how best to connect with them. This leadership program is unique and I would highly recommend it to any organisation seeking to build strong leaders.
